6/ Terms and Conditions

Acceptance issued based on seat availability on a first come first serve basis.
Acceptance will only be issued after complete tuition payment.
It is strictly forbidden to send any payments of fees with the child.
Tuition payments are made through bank wire transfer.

7/ Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal during summer (full refund)
Withdrawal during the first week of the semester - SR 2000 deduction from Refund.
Withdrawal during the second week of the semester - 50% deduction of semester tuition.
Withdrawal during the Third week onward of the semester - No Refund of semester tuition.

8/ Documents required completing the registration

Copy of Birth Certificate.
Copy of Child's Passport.
Copy of Iqama of Child, Mother and Father.
Copy of Father's Saudi Family Identification (Daftar AI Aela).
Copy of Child's Vaccination Record.
12X current Passport Size Photo of Student.
All Records From Previous Schools Including Report Cards.
Previous School Records.
2X Passport Size Photos of Your Nanny & Copy of Her Iqama.
Copy of Medical Report.

Important Note

Please inform chickadee about any new event occuring through the year such as mother's pregnancy the birth of a new sibling travel, change of nanny to allow the teacher and the school to address any specific needs or support your child may need to cope with the situation.

9/ Declaration and Guardian undertaking

Chickadee may from time to time take photos of its students during the year of use in its publications, if you consent please check the below *	I agreeI do not agree
